I brought in a watch on 12/15/2025 that was snapped in half and the interior parts had come undone. I was notified my watch was finished 12/16/2025. They were SO friendly, and very helpful. I am so impressed, and will be visiting again soon. I was greeted by multiple employees with a smile. This was an experience I won’t forget & will brag on them any chance I get! We have the best experience! We reset grandmas diamond into a new setting that had to be ordered, and also had her gold melted and made into a new band. The whole staff was great. We were in a time crunch and they made it happen, and communicated well throughout the process. We will definitely be back for all our future needs!

Needed something last minute custom made and they got it done within 12 buisness hours and waived the fee service is always top notch prices are fair along with a great selection being a buisness owner myself i know how hard it is to be great at everything but they do it with ease

I came in a few months ago for the permanent jewelry and decided on two bracelets. I’ve waited before leaving this review so I can see how they have held up. They still look like they did the day I got them. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those that have trouble putting bracelets on themselves.
